We take great care in packaging, and delivering our products to ensure you receive them in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

📌 No Return Policy

We do not offer returns on any products once they are sold and delivered. All sales are considered final.

This is due to the nature of our products and to maintain hygiene, quality control, and fairness in our small business operations.

🔁 Exchange Policy (Only in Special Cases)

We only offer an exchange in the following cases:

• You received a damaged product

• You received a wrong item

• There is a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for an exchange:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• The product must be unused and in original packaging

• Proof of issue is required (clear unboxing video from the start of opening the parcel)

Without proper proof, we will not be able to process any claims.

 

🎥 Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure a fair process for both customers and our brand, an unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or wrong-item claim.

• The video must be continuous (no cuts or edits)

• The package label and opening must be clearly visible

• Claims without video proof will not be accepted
